Canceling Orders

Please call Customer Service at 1-800-223-9132 to cancel your order. Because orders can ship the same day we receive them, the surest way to cancel an order before it ships is to speak with a customer service representative. Please do not contact us via email or fax to cancel an order. Our hours of operation are at the bottom of every page and here .

Payment Types

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for payment on our website.

If you are using a debit card, please note that an authorization will be run on the card by Utrecht Art Supplies. This will put a hold on funds in your account equal to the amount of your purchase.

If you submit your order multiple times (i.e., click submit order button more than once) your debit card may be authorized multiple times as well.

We recommend that if you have any questions about the use of debit cards online that you contact your bank directly.

International Credit Card Orders

Currently we can not accept payment for international orders, i.e. the billing address is located outside the US or Canada, via credit card. Please contact our Customer Service department via email or by calling 1-609-409-8001 during our regular business hours for other payment options.

Customers Who Wish to Pay by Check

Please Note: We welcome your check. Checks returned unpaid by your financial institution are subject to a Service Charge of $25 or the maximum allowed by law. Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with service charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.
